I was wondering if you had a goal date in mind...or how many weeks you wanted to cut up for?? And every body type is different and will react different,(pertaining to everything.current diet/training/sleeping/working). IMO if you wanted to carb up for ONE day it doesnt matter how many carbs really...i would try to stay away from the crappy carbs tho..like the simple sugars...it takes ur body for to much of a loop..
