I used to live in New Haven. Went to Golds there. Then went to Downtown Health and Racquet. A bit more than $15 but what I loved about it was that most people played racquet ball and the weight room (fully equipped btw) was practically empty. It was like I owned it. ****, I miss that.

On a side note, when did the word, "****" become a cuss word? I can understand if I wrote **** or ****, but not ****. Just can't understand why AR blocks that **** out now. Anyway...

I'm in fairfield county, I pay $81 a month at NYSC and $15 a month at planet fitness. I do my cardio in the morning at planet fitness because it is 5 minutes from my work. Planet fitness is full of kids and 18 year old girls talking on the phone while on the treadmill. Planet fitness lacks up to date equipment and there isn't any "motivation" in the air... no music, no pump, no nothing. Planet fitness is like being back in high school. NYSC is definitely worth the $81 a month, it's up to date and the crowd is mostly people that work for a living or more of a grown up crowd. Fitness edge was good, the only thing I didn't like there was it was too busy, some nights I couldn't even find a parking spot - I hate waiting for a bench or machine... no thanks.
