    i was told that a few companys offer free lifting straps do you guys know of any i searched the net but coudlnt' find anything for free.

    I have a pair...Still trying to get em on. I need them BAD for deadlifts and shrugs...i'm about to deadlift 300, but i keep dropping the dam n bar!!!! lol

    dont get the regular straps........I cant count how many i have broken........Get some thick ones.

    Or if you are trying to save money go to the Salvage yard and cut a seat belt out of one of the cars and use those(i can garentee that they wont break)

    haha yeah, i had a cheap pair snap on my left hand on a 600+ lb deadlift. Almost ripped my shoulder off.

    An old timer at my gym taught me about that............doesnt seem like it but they WORK GREAT...

    the cheep ones are for "regular" people =-)

    Oh no doubt, I bet when they test the seat belt straps to go into production, they have to hold at the least 2 times the average force exerted during a crash.. If i had to guess upwards of a ton, if not more before they break..

    bodybuilding.com is giving them away, but theres really no point, just buy some, they're the cheapest workout thing you can buy

    Spy I think you have it mixed up. Hoss is giving away strap ons not lifting straps. They're from his own personal collection.
