    COX-2 anti-inflammatories and AS

    does anyone know if it's relatively safe to use COX-2 inhibitors and AS? my doc scripted Bextra and i was wondering if it's cool to use it. i've read that it will slightly diminish the gear's effectiveness, but my shoulders are wasted and i need to use something. thanks
