yo i just did a search on this and got 16 different threads about "what he took". Its all there plain and simple and you wont have to wait for any replies. Ill even bump one for you.

it doesnt really matter anyway, the guy was a genetic freak and the dosages they ran back in those days are actually dwarfed by the amounts that normal (non-pro) juiceheads use today.

from what i can understand...and of course i dont know the guy straight up..but from what i can understand...he ran ALOT and i mean ALOT of D-BOL cycles....but short cycle's...over and over and over.....basically..like a 4-6wk dbol cycle...off 4 weeks..on again..for years at a time.....
once again...this is jus from what i can understand...and from things ive read....
no one will ever really know tho...now will they.haha..

but arnold was bye far a genetic wonder.....if you can do a search on the net..and see if you can find some pics of him..when he was in his teens....when he was 16...he looked as if he was 26 and been juicing the whole time.haha..
