Check out the February addition on MD
Even if you do read it in a mag, its quite possible that it was made up by the editors or writers. It happens all the time.
That is possible, but in the md mag it shows pics of Jay deminstrating the excercies the he says he duz!Originally posted by bufchic

Totally possible. It doesnt happen ALL the time but a lot. Or they just get an idea from the person then spin off of that.
None of their routines are going to work for the avg guy on the street unless he does not work ,sponsered and gets as much gear as he likes!
So, does the magazines invent/edits the pros splits??
How come? Why? Why hasn´t the actual pro told the writer of the article, his or hers trainingsplit? Can´t they be sued for it?

Hmm like their ultra low fat diets that they all adhere to 24/7 and that the pro,s never use AAS only nitrotech![]()
Some good info but I would,nt be surprised to see some of it fabricated!
the reason i asked is....because a few months back ther was an article in flex on ronnie 's delts ... the split they gave was one bodypart a day ..... which was bull .....cause i asked ronnie about it and he said he trains all bodyparts twice a week except delts which are always done on wednesday ..... the mags make up their own ..... sooo does anyone know jay cutlers split ???![]()

Fabricated is a good word.
The advanced bb doesnt go by what they write down on a piece of paper, everyday of the week every workout. They go by feel and what there body is telling them to do. It may say in a mag that they do this this and this for chest but that is not what they are doing all the time. They are doing whatever they feel like doing that day that they are training. For the average person that is buying that mag it would get confusing so the editors just put what they think will sell and work.
Its all to be taken very lightly. Start buying books if you want to learn.
Sorry Mando
