mixing as in going from one song to another ?? or overlapping ?? if you have Nero, it has a Wav editor program (or you probably find one at www.download.com). just cut / copy / paste parts of the song(s) you are wanting - YMCA, Party like it's 1999 - good choices i must say.
Shhhhh, keep that on the down low. Don't want any of the other competetors to steal my music.Originally Posted by KeyMastur

And to answer your question I am looking to do both mixing and overlapping but if I had to choose I would perfer the overlapping. Is there any program out there that is best for this?

nero wav editor is simple to use. need help ??
Get the newest version of Nero, It's really easy. Turns mp3's to cd files automatically. Just click and drag
pay attention my friend. they aren't looking for a CD burning program. they are looking for a program that mixes wav (or mp3) files - take parts of songs and make 1 song.Originally Posted by JDMSilviaSpecR
You have a PM key
If you're looking for beat to beat mixing like what most club dj's do, I would suggest using Sonic Foundry's Acid Program. Basically you import a song, it will find the bpm (beats per minute), then you can import additional songs and you can mix them from there. It will be match for you so it all lines up and you won't skip a beat. It's a little on the advanced level, but something you can definetly learn over the weekend if you have time.
