As far as the worst president...i'll go fdr. Not for the wwII, he inherited a mess of a country. He is noted by some as the best president of all time and also the worst. He did what he had to at the time but our country paid the price later. Those social programs, although needed at the time, set the ball rolling that has eventually led us to our problems in the future...social security. Had that not been put in place, we wouldn't be faced with the issue here that will have me paying out the ass in about 9 years when it fails. Of cource, it is always debateable depending on one's views, but I say fdr for social security...the real problem of the future of our country
