This is my 1st time taking DNP. I'm at 260lbs and dropping. The lowest recommended dosage for my weight is 471.72mgs of DNP per day, yet I will take a total of 400mgs per day for an extended period. Heres what my cycle/diet looks like....
Cardio-Try for 5 days a week 1st thing in Morning
Weights-Lower weight, higher reps using basic exercises done 5 days a week.

Days 8-21 400mgs taken 2x a day at 8am and 8pm
Days 1-28 100mgs of Ephedrine and 400mgs of Caffiene

Cals- 18x bodyweight
Proetin- 1gr/lb
Carbs- 7g/KG of LBM (High-GI)
Fat-Zero
Day 28:
Cals- 14x bodyweight
Protein- 1gr/lb
Carb 5gr/KG of LBM (Low-GI)
