I'm training to be a "trainer" at my gym. I know countless routines and excercises for men whether they want to get huge, cut, or get in shape. But when it comes to women I noticed the typical "female" gym member all have the same beliefs. They dont want to get "buff" only slightly toned and lose fat. I've learned a few things from the head trainer at my gym, but I would like your guys' imput on good excercise for women in all genres (Upper and Lower body, Abs) All imput and advice would be immensly appreciated.
