    Im using Peak creatine citrus and im gonna change to one of the 4 on the poll on my next cycle.
    My friends dad buys it cheap trough a friend of his, so my only consern is which one is the best, can you guys tell me about ur experience with these?

    Cell tech worked for me, i put on 6 lbs in about 2 wks (maybe water weight). It is a little overpriced and overmarketed though. Strength gains were there though (bench up from a plateau of 250 to 275 in like 3 wks)

    The type of creatine really shouldn't matter as long as you have a delivery system to get it in your muscles fast pwo. (dextrose)

    that product Trac is actually a good creatine.. a bit pricey but very good
