What is the best way to mix the 2 amps together and get all of it out of there? Mostly need to know how to stir it? Should I put rubber glove on and place finger over top of open amp and shake?

Suck up Bac Water with a slin pin. SHoot in the powder vial. Gently swirl, the stuff should basically dissolve on its own. Then suck the HCG formula up in your slin pin and store in fridge until use.
