On the cialis PI is says recommended starting dosage is 10mg, can be titrated up to 20mg and down to 5mg. That is QD dosing (1X per day max).

"5 squirts =.5 ML" and "30mg/ml 30ml" from the site. So 5 squirts would be 15mg and an adequate dose according to ttgb's instruction. If its the flavored kind I'm sure this is the same company
