    i can't boil ****ing water and i think i may actually be able to do it.only prob for me was the measurments for the BA/BB weren't on there i don't think for the deca.maybe they were and i missed it.i watched it late last night after i got back from the gym and i was beat, but i would say well worth the price if not more
