i just got into bodybuilding a year and a half ago i came from two years of college ball but im still in school and am new to the diet game before it was just gain gain gain i did a show 5 months ago but you know how the chubb comes back on especially when you have fat genes i need some diet advice on cutting up but not carb depleting because i need the carbs and glucose for the brain function that is college, any info would be greatly apprecviated
