    how to cycle Russian d-bols (metandrostenolon)

    I recently got a hold of some Russian d-bols. The name on the foil translated to metandrostenolon, and said that the dose was 0.005r. First off, does anyone know if this stuffs legit (small, round, white pills) Secondly how should I cycle such a small dose. From reading these threads I've gathered that 25-50mg is the ideal dose. Any ideas??
