I know a guy whose 6'5" 285lbs only problem is big gut rest of body is workable. Don't know bodyfat. He's curious to see what kinda gear to run? I think test would make him even bigger and he doesn't want deca-dic, so how can we get his gut down without making him lose his size. He wouldn't care to stay 285lbs just no gut. I told him he needs cardio by the hour but he feels he is to far gone. advice? cardio or "enhanced cardio"?
