    Liquid Cen or Pill form??? Which is better???

    Just wondering from everyones experience if the Liquid Clen is better than the pill form or vice versa? Or does it really even matter, they both the same??

    should be the same if the doses are correct. I personally use the 40 mcg pills (cuz mine are free)
