    test and cutting???

ok i am running cutting cycle right now and i added test to it b/c most everyone on here told me not to use anything w/o test.. then i read if you have high body fat then dont use any kind of test?????????. this is getting to worry me. My body fat is between 10% and 20% so is this gonna hurt me using the test while trying to cut if my diet is clean and i do good cardio??

no not at all, run a short ester test such as prop or susp and that will keep water retention to a minimum.
