    deca will add weight, I did the deca without test thing, didnt affect me much but not a good idea. I put on 15 pounds from deca in 7 weeks when I first started. Try like 400mg test and 200mg deca and you should see some great gains.

    TEST+Growth=SMART (assuming your over the age of 30, and plan on taking growth for more than 3 months)
