Wasn't sure if it was quality meat or not while cutting, mom's making a ground chicken meatloaf right now, mmmmmmm can't wait![]()
Seems a little high in fat if you try and use it as a meal(I'd say 2-2.5 servings) so I'd just adjust, lower, my fat intake elsewhere in the day...
i actually just bought some...buy one get one free is so key...tastes good and definitely can be fit into a pro/fat meal with some veggies...though i prefer ground turkey, only 8g fat and 23g protein per 4 oz. serving.
