What specifically have you done to really target you delts?? I always work mine like mad but they NEVER see gains... what worked for you?
I do shoulders all by itself. heres one of my routines.
Start with military press (standing up, not sitting) 10, 8, 8, 4
PowerClings 8, 8, 4
Shoulder Extensions (with dumbbells or else pulleys) 10, 10,10 and i go all the way up not to just my head.
Seated Military with Dumbbells 8, 8, 8
Then just alittle for my traps.
oh and btw on military I always lower the bar in front of my head because going behind your head can cause serious injury to you rotator cuff.
