    how the **** do you reduce your picture for avatar?help

    this is doing my tits in ,ive been trying for three ****ing weeks,anyone fancy explaining?

    Use a program like photoshop to size it down. go to www.download.com and search for a photo edtiting program. You can get a freeware/shareware program that let you do it.
