Im currently on a Cutting Phase. High Protien, Low carb diet. Lifting 3 days a week cardio 3-5 times. 200lbs, 5'11, 19%bf. I got a BIG BUTT, alota fat. Im willing to do anything to loose some inches on my hips. I dun care, make the muscle smaller, lose fat from theere. Any one know any Fat burning workouts, or exercise for the Glutes, ass, or butt wut ever..lol..im confused.
I'll really appreciate it if you guys give some tips..thnks!
