    First timer

    Hi all. Have finally decided to make the plunge into AS have been reading up on this for days and love the info here.

    Stats are...

    33 years old
    6'1" tall
    225 lbs.
    11% b/f

    Have been working out pretty hard for the last 3 years. Started my first cycle ever tonight.

    Those are some good stats bro...I'm also 33 at 6'1' and got to 225lbs O"natural as well...I'm a litttle heavier now since i joined the "DARK SIDE"

    250mg Omnadren every 3 days (20 shots total)
    30mg Dbol a day for 5 weeks
    300 mg Clomid first day after cycle end, then 100 mg a day for 10 days, then 50 mg a day for 5 days
