What do you know about bars?

Okay due to unforseen circumstances at work i have a 8 hour shift where i can no eat anything till it finishes. So this brings me to my question what is a decent costing protein bar with 0 or at lease less then 5g of carbs that i can eat at work? I was thinking of getting the atkins bars but i cant afford to pay 25$ for 15 bars.. anyone got anyideas?

I like pro-complex bars from optimum (3g net carbs with 35g protein). It mixes things up a bit in all the shake monotony. I might eat like 4 a week to keep things interesting.

I'd opt for the muscle milk bars or the Odyssey bar. The latter being the least preferred of the two.
