    abs & juice

    do you guys work your abs heavily during your cycles? or do you mostly focus on other muscle groups like chest, legs, arms......

    I train the same way I do while off..... well, maybe with heavier weights when on

    While on....... because of recovery improvment.. i do anything that is lagging....

    but with heavier weights.........

    good advice all....i will train them harder while on...i usually dont use much weight at all...i usually rep out...i will increase weights and see how it feels...

    To be big ............. you have to lift big........ more weight.. less reps..

    yeah, dont rep out on your abs. Treat them like any other muscle. Would you do 3 sets of 75 on bench for chest. True, the abs do have a better recovery somewhat like calves and can be trained more often but it is still better to at least stay under 15 reps with weights. Personally, i like to stay around 10-12 with heavy weight.

    yeah true, but thing about how much you could get those abs to grow while your on.

    I'm personally against weighted ab excercises. I think very high reps for abs gives a much better result. I'm not a big fan of bulky abdominals. I much prefer tighter abs, which give a smaller waistline. Your abs get worked quite a bit during heavy compound movement lifts anyway. I work abs every day with extremely high reps.
