Anyone else brave enough to eat this many calories in a day?
This is my third day trying it and I feel like I'm about to roll over and explode any moment. I look like I'm due in about 3 weeks. But then again...I'm growing![]()

I know what your feeling, I was consuming around 6,500-7,000 when I used to be around 300-310..but I loved to eat, so it was no big thing.
Geez man...so is that explains why McDonalds stock fell over the last few years?...Daman stopped bulking!
All kidding aside...you had to be eating a lot of junk food to get in that many calories. Right? I couldn't imagine...
Usualsuspect could you possibly post what you eat in a day coz im bulikng as well and can hardly even reach 3500 without feeling sick. thanks in advance!

Children, Children, I am eating 6,000 cals a day and its not that bad. Eventually your stomach will stretch. I guess growing up with lots of older guys around me taught me to eat quick and eat lots, or I just straight didn't eat :
Curious as to why you need 5000 calories usualsuspect and you need 6000 pumped...Are you that much of hard gainers???
I could eat 5000 calories, clean = no mixing of P/F/C I dont know about that...Seems like a pain if you dont mix the three...You could "cheat" and use protein shakes as your beverages...Even better, use weight gainer as your beverages....
hell when i bulked last year i ate about 4000 i couldnt even imagine eating 5000 in a day.
After pictures, I'm going to try to eat myself out of house and home to see what I can do in the next 6-8 months.
Should be really fun as I've never purposely bulked before!

I gain on 3500-3700. I'd be a fricken rolley polley at 5000
Typical Training Day
#1 16oz egg whites
1 3/4 cups of oats
#2 10oz of lean ground beef
#3 (pwo) whey protein 75g protein
dextrose 100g carbs
#4 1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup of kashi cereal
1 cup of oats
1 protein shake
#5 protein shake/efa's
#6 10 oz lean ground beef
#7 (pwo) same as 3
#8 same as 4
This is a shocker program that I'm only doing for two weeks. Any longer then that I think I would turn into the Marshmellow Man. Anyways, Its a twice a day split, five days a week. I'm expecting at least 5lbs of lean muscle out of this. Training days are not bad since the pwo drinks take up a lot of room. Its just non-training days that are hell pushing all that food down the hatch.
**** that's sick I thought I ate a lot and only consume bout 4000-45000 a day.....
I just had to eat more meals. I upped it to 8 meals a day. It was nice eating every 2 hours![]()
I guess I am just lucky. I gain muscle well but gain barely any fat, even if I eat trash. I could probably put down 8,000 cals a day for an extended period of time.
