The Dbol is a bit high to me. I do 40mg/day, but if you've done it before w/ no problems....
I'll always do 0.25mg/day of Ldex and 10mg/day of nolva and go up from there as needed. Not everyone will agree.

I run 10mg nolva and .25mg l-dex ED.
