Since 5pm EST tonight i have eaten, 3 yogurts, 2 cans of tuna, 1 large cheese pizza, 1 gallon of cottage cheese, a bowl of oatmeal, 1 whole baked fish, 2 peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat
and im still hungry! I'm never like this!
if anyone can offer some words of wisdom im open to hearing it, and yes i already know "don't eat so much".
