Answer: It depends.

Depends on the how you are obtaining them.

Local - Someone is going to do a hand to hand transaction - usually the most expensive unless you are dealing with a friend. It should be the most expensive because most of the risk has been taken for you. Meaning the product may have already gotten through customs and then you are also avoiding domestic mail and are able to hand the $ to someone and see the product up front.

Domestic - This is generally less expensive than Local but more expensive then foreign. Again for the same reasons. Someone has most likely already taken the import risk or the risk of transferring legal drugs to the black market. No worries about customs snagging anything.

Foreign - Low cost but higher risk with customs, money transfer, and fake gear.

Which method are you going to do?

5 grams of test enan can run you from 60-200 bucks or more. I would save average/reasonable is around 80 bucks.
