ok i know what you are all going to say...cardio and good diet will equal fat loss and more cuts...im working on that as we speak....but i wanted to know what i could take that would aid in this process....i dont have to loose much, but i would like a lil kicker to throw in there...i am 5'8 190 ....5 yrs training, solid build...just want to refine it before i go on a cruise at the end of april....i know i can take xenadrine and hydroxycuts, but is there anything else out there that would work better...cant get any winnies now so ill have to work on something over the counter....any ideas would be great....thanx....
