okay here it goes.........I did alot of research and planning but it still needs some tweaking......

weeks 1-8
test prop. 100 mg ew
test eth. 400 mg ew

weeks 3-10
deca 300 mg ew

10 mg nolva ed

im thinking 50 mg winny v every 3 days weeks 5-10......but im not shure....

pct comid i have alot but clueless on dosage

I'm no xpert, but, I would run the test at least 2 weeks longer than the deca. and how much prop do you have?

if this is your 1st cycle I would shelve the deca and run the enanthate solo and use the prop to start and finish the cycle. do you have pct's??

day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg ed (every day)
day 12-21 50 mg ed

yes test must be ran longer then the deca to prevent getting shutdown. i'd scratch the winny.... i'm assuming your goal for this cycle is to bulk up... it takes test e about 3-5 wks to kick in so in all reality this cycle is a little short. other probs is that test and deca cause different types of gyno, research this,for this cycle i suggest;

dbol wks 1-4 30mgs ED
test e 1-10 or 12 300-500mgs/week
nolva 10mgs ed
pct

do some research to find the half life of test e so you know when to start the above pct

prop needs to be administered every day, or every other day...run the deca 1-8 and the test 1-10...start pct 2 weeks after your last test injection

you dont use propinate every week more like every other day or ED
second why deca for only 7weeks
third yoiur pct times are all screwed up .
you have the the enanthate leaving the body in two weeks and then the deca in three weeks
the idea is to have all compounds tapering off at the same time
my advice
drop the deca , too harsh for a first timer
Im not sure what you have access to so I cant give you a cycle
how bout
400mg enanthate ew 1-8
winny 50mg ed weeks 5-9
pct clomid
starting 2 weeks after last enanthate inj.
300mg day 1
100mg ed for 10 days
50mg ed for 10 days


Im guessing this yiour first cycle so..dont use too many compounds

U haven't listed any stats, goals, cycle expierance, or how your diet is....it's alittle hard for me to believe u have done alot of reading and research, but if u say u did, then I guess u did.

I would suggest dropping the deca this go around or trade it for more test.
Also I would run the cycle like this:

wks 1-10 Test Enan 500mg
wks 7-12 Winny 50mg ed
wks 1-12 nolva 10mg ed
pct to start 24 hrs after last winny dose

pct-
clomid 300/100/50
nolva 20mg ed
You can jump start with prop or run it between winny and pct, but I would recommend running it ed.

thanks, the thing is i have test 400 so its 25 mg prop and like 280 mg ethn / ml so how would i do prop ed and ethn every week?
