I am 18 years old, approx. 5'10'' and 230 pounds. I've decided that I want to use a cycle of clen to help me cut some of this fat off, but I don't want to screw up with the diet. My cousin told me that the diet is the most important part of cutting, so I've been looking at different cutting diets on this forum and I am finding it very hard to apply any of them to my particular height and weight. I have figured out that my diet should consist of 2300 calories (tell me if I'm wrong), but I'm having trouble figuring the rest out. In the Clenbuterol Handbook (educational forums) they suggested a high protein, medium carb, low fat diet. I have all of the necessary materials (clen, taurine, whey protein, flax, treadmill, gym access) so if someone will please help me figure this diet thing out or maybe even write a specific one for me (will be much appreciated) i will be able to start relatively soon.
