Wow my first post lol and my first time being here.. well maybe not my first but i've read a couple of the topics in here and it seems like most people know what they are talking about.. well anyways im 16, 5'10 and wiehgt a terrible 148 pounds. please dont laugh lol. i started working out alot more often and i finally got a membership to a gym.. but i dont have a routine or know anything on weight training lol. what id like to achieve from working out would be not getting extremely ripped but cut i guess? and gain a bit of mass.. but still staying lean. if u guys can help me out and maybe give me a basic idea to where i should be heading towards it would be a real help. thnx
