diet has been extremly good for last 8 weeks.down to 262 from 274..cardio 5x week,train 5x week...bf around 9%at 6'2".going all inclusive next week so i'm definately gonna be doing some cheating....how much damage can i do in 5 days.i'm thinking not too much,but i could be wrong.probably wont be training at all..it is a vacation after all.just swimming ,sunning and a little partying.any suggestions??

) we managed to workout like 3 or 4 of the five days. i noticed that i did put on some weight...mostly water and i lost that extra pound of fat in about a week's time...what i did was not cheat for 2 weeks after to try and reset myself to where i was. it worked well and as long as you are low enuf in fat anyways you probably wont notice too much of a difference after you come back and jump right on the diet again.
