I recently had a fitness competition at my college and turned out placing second. I thought it was very interesting to see how i could do compared against all those random faces in the gym. Here are the events:
1)Bench press as many reps as possible 75% body weight
2)Squat as many reps as possible 80% body weight on smith machine
3)As many dips as possible
4)jump rope for 5 mins see how many u can get
5)pull ups palms facing out
6)full sit ups in 1 min
how do u guys and gals compare? Here were my numbers
1)55 reps
2)111 reps
3)50 reps
4)400 reps (i was dead tired after the squats)
5)9
6)66
