Check out the diet/nutrition forum. there are some good recipes in there.
Or ask you mom (or whoever) to borrow cook books and use some recipies out of there, thats what i do.
give this one a try i like it a lot it's pretty good... take your chicken breasts and lightly brush them with some olive oil, season to taste.. then broil... they come out so moist its awesome... one of my fav ways to cook chickenOriginally Posted by maxmuscle187
also if you like a little spice i like to marinade the chicken in hot sauce... then either broil or bake... it comes out pretty good and has a little kick to it
i like putting garlic salt on my chicken! its sooo goood
experiment with it. use ur imagination. i was watching a cooking show and the chef siad there is almost no way to mess up chicken. so just use ur imagination and see what happens.
I agree, a bit of lemon juice is also nice.Originally Posted by Jackman
i'm all about the marinades. i have a few different bottles of marinade in the fridge and when i get some chicken breasts i just choose which one i want. i switch it up all of the time to keep it from getting boring. sometimes i chop it up and make chicken stir fry, real good!
o hell yes on the chicken stir fry... they have these things i think they are called create-a-meal... all you do is throw in the chicken and they already have the veggies and stirfry sauce.. the stuff is absolutley delicious..Originally Posted by asiancuts
Well, my whole family background is cooking. I have some killer Chinese recipes converted using chicken and turkey for a healther life style. I've attached two recipes for you if you want to check it out. These are not chinese recipes since some don't like it. But give it a shot... It's low-med labor so it's not too bad. Make a big pot and separate to keep in the freezer.
Good Luck!![]()
