alright, ive always gotten great help from everyone here at AR, and i love helping people out where i can as well, it really is the best board...
i need a training schedule... doesnt matter how many days on/off... i'll fit it in...
i'm 5'9'' 170... done many cycles, lost about 35 pounds of muscle this summer when the docs thought it was genius to put me on 75 mgs of adderal ed...
i need to get back up to weight asap, its depressing being so weak and thin...
i have pretty low bf without training, about 8-10%... haven't seen the inside of a gym since the end of july cause of the adderal, which i've stopped taking over a month ago... and i'm looking to put some serious weight back on.
what kind of routine do you guys think will work best for me?
any and all suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

btw... im debating between enth/deca..... or enth/parabolan... i know the deca would help more with pure size gains, but id also like to lose a few points of bf... which is counter intuititive to bulking...
also, i used to run a straight 5 day split...
this is all a mess... sorry for the crazily long topic.
