today is my first day of 100mg clen... here is my summary so far:
day 1-- 20mg--jitters for about 45 minutes...
day 2-- 40mg--jitters for about 45 minutes...
day 3-- 60mg--shaky hands, cant stop boucing my knees alllll d@mn day..
day 4--80mg---same as day 3
day 5--100mg--shaky hands, bouncing knees..pretty hyper...
i have also been taking potassium & taurine every day...
this clen stuff isnt to bad...i thought it would be alot harsher than it is... i didnt get any headaches, no problems sleeping...i do have shaky hands and energy... should i go to 120mgs tomorrow??? or should i follow the clen handbook and max out at 100mg for my first clen cycle...??
oh yea, plus i start to sweat alot faster....
