How many grams of protein?

How many grams of Protein Per oz. of Boneless/Skinless Chicken breast 'COOKED'

I've tried a few different nutrional databases, and am getting mixed numbers.

is 5 oz's cooked 45 grams?

I think it's something like 38g to 4oz. That's just off the top of my head though.

I got some responses elsewhere stating 6-7grams of protein per oz.

Seems fair. 6oz = 45 grams.

i always go by the usda values too

I've learned that 4 oz. of lean chicken/steak/fish/turkey/etc., have between 22-25 grams of protein. The leaner the cut, the higher the number.
