yesterday It was my first injection of TEST ENANthane(how ever u spell it) anyway nothing went wrong I injected it into my deltoid, but this morning I can barely move my arm it hurts so bad I dont know what to do?

It will get easier over time. The first couple hurt for a couple days. Even after all the needles I have stuck in my body, it still hurts when I start a cycle.

The pain you feel ( if you injected as you should have ) is the level of alcohol (BA) in the Test. E . If the pain is really worse try mixing it with some deca .

Its like this for pretty much all newbies. After awhile your body will start to build a tolerance to the BA and it'll be near painless. Congrats on your first stick.

motrin and a heating pad always helps me. i also noticed its the way u stick yourself too, my wife is a r.n.(labor and delivery) and does my injections for me now, she was showing me something about how the "eye of needle" needs to be face up, and i use to stick myself slow,but watching her she just jabbed, kinda weird, but no pain..and yes that shot had 100mg of prop and 200 of enth...

Try the quads or glutes. They are far less painless.

defintiely try your Quads. Also injected slowly, and try not to move the needle around. Most of my injections are pain free... ****, I miss them already!!!!

You always want to try and rotate your injection sites to keep scar tissue minimal. Try not to inject the at same site more than once/wk.

I find when the needle is not moved after injection pain the following days is almost nothing..especially after your first couple shots
