My Nipple Hurts,and i didn't even juice!

I did back workout yesterday,woke up this morning with my right nipple killin me,its sore and it freakin hurts when u touch it ,squeeze it, i havent even juiced but i was going to take m1t in the spring,,,, i dunno i dont think this is gyno ! i dunno but ****it aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh i feel lik poppin this lil ball i feel next to the nipple or something....

bro i have the same exact problem... ive been clean since november and I just noticed the sensitive bump next to my nipple as well. I'm debating getting it checked, it doesnt seem to be worsening, but im not +. let me know how u make out. I was thinking of trying a designer anti estrogen like Gaspari's "Novadex"..
