    var doses

    Hey guys just wanted to know if anavar doses need to be broken up at different times through out the day? I've seen stuff on here talking about AM doses, does that mean you need to take it in the morning and night because of the half-life? Thanx for the help.

    i always like to split up my doses evenly through out the day...less of a bang on the stomach, liver etc...

    If your going with 40mg ED, I'd split it in half,once in the morning and once in the evening.
