I have just recently finished a short cycle of test 250 2ml/wk and winstrol eod. I am looking for input on how much time I should wait before starting my next cycle.

You should always do PCT if you run a cycle... esp if you were doing 500mg a week.

You were informed wrong................ Even at the dosages you ran the AS will still shut you down and require you to recover your HPTA functions.
