    My front and rear shots

    Getting ready for a cycle, I would apreciate feedback from the crew. I know I need to work on some things especially in the arms. Now that youve seen my girls arms. 195 lbs looking to get to 210.

    looks like you have a pretty good base, read around here a little bit and try to come up with your own cycle, most guys on here will tell you that if this is your first cycle to start with test only. If you want to kickstart it w/ D-bol, that should be alright.
