Thread: during work meal

    during work meal

    i was wondering if anyone could help me with advice on a meal i could take during work. i work from 8-6 , breakfast at 8, lunch at 12, etc. but at 3 i am starving so i need advice on a meal i can eat at this time. before the gym i eat a supplement protein bar at 6 and after gym i have a shake and a little later around 8 i have my last meal grilled chicken, green vegs, potatoes or rice. i was thinking at 3 i could have a can of tuna, fruit, and a protein shake. how does that sound or should i try something else ? please keep in mind my stats 6' 190 8-9 % bf, want to keep growing. thanks for all help.

    I would use a protein/fat meal such as tuna or chicken with almonds or flax

    Yup, good suggestions......

    Better yet, as far as your meals go, eat at 8, 10:30, 12:00, and 3:00 while u are at work.

    For the 10:30 and 3:00 meals, utilize a protein shake w/a handful of almonds, or an EFA tossed into your shake. Quick and easy.......

    I believe eating only 3 times within the time you are at work isn't enough.

    thanks guys, swole i will be aking for your services soon on diet, going to start a cycle of GH and test in a month for at least 4 months, and i know diet is very important so i want to make sure the food i am eating is optimal for my growth. i need a diet plan that will keep me growing. stats are 6' 190 8-9 % BF , would like to be around 210-215 with vascularity and maybe the same or even lower BF %. sh*t if i can look half as good as your size and cut i will be happy. thanks again.

    yes bro.. we have had this discussion hundreds of times, and me myslf eat about 2-4 cans a day and nothing has ever happend..

    Aside from stray cats attempting to mate w/me, and my wife thinkin' I was out gettin' some dirty p*ssy, nothing wrong w/it at all!

    Man, this thread went from what to eat while at work, to the size of the bed my wife and I wrestle in.......
