Thread: cutting cycle question

    Question cutting cycle question

I have been getting some mixed feedback on what a cutting cycle consists of and thought I'd ask here.

Does a cutting cycle necessarily implicate low calories and losing weight? Or does the term apply to those who wish to gain weight, but "only" lean mass and minimal water and fat?

Is prop/tren/winny a pretty standard cutting cycle?

Finally, how long should one run a cutting cycle?

    Thanks.

The goal with cutting is to lose as much body fat as you can, but at the same time preserve as much muscle as you can while dieting. Some guys (very few) are able to gain muscle while cutting, but most will lose some lean mass. Gear, training, and diet help you hold on to the lean mass during this time. However, with a lean mass diet you are eating very clean, keeping your calories higher, and trying to gain lean quality muscle with out a huge amount of fat gain. A bulking diet you are going for mass/muscle and most likely not keeping real close tabs on eating real clean calories. Do a search if you want to find out what to eat and what gear to use for each type of diet.

    Peace,

prop/tren/winny...or prop/tren/eq would be good cutter's...the others are right on about the diet asspect, and calorie consumption...the drugs are just their to retain the muscle...
