on my shoulders and upper arms if i look closely, a lot of the pores have blackheads in them but they are down deep. then they eventually turn into a badass zit that looks quite disturbing. i know if i can get rid of these black heads my body acne would decrease a lot but how do i get all these like f'ers out if they r down so deep and squeezing doesnt do sh**

a good product with salicylic acid..aka beta hydroxy acid...helps to exfoliate the pores of lipids...the kind that build up and lead to blackheads...you still have to do some squeezing but they will come out much easier and then the pores stay cleaner as you continue to use the product....a really good and inexpensive one is clearasil's acne fighting daily moisturizer...it can be used anywhere, not just the face and it's about three bucks a tube at walmart

I use Neutrogena Clear Pore Gel (it's a salicylic acid gel). Good stuff.

I just posted this on another thread, the best way to prevent acne is tanning. Works wonders...
