I'm starting a cycle of anavar and plan on doing 50mg ed. Was wondering if you normally take throughout the day; that is, morning/afternoon/evening or just take all 50mg of it once during the day?

25mg a day is normal. Is this your first cycle if so what else are you taking.

You would break it up through the day every 3 to 4 hours.
